Michelle C. Carr-Crowe is the 4th generation of her family involved in real estate. Specializing in Marketing and CyberSelling, for years, she was Judy Carr’s Get Re$ult$ Team Leader and Marketing Specialist, followed by joining Judy as her partner in Selling. Now that Judy has passed on, Michelle is the Get Re$ult$ Team Leader and Seller Specialist, assisted by her excellent team.
A licensee for 20 years, she is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. Michelle first began as Judy Carr’s Team PR, Sales & Marketing Strategist as well as her professional escrow coordinator. She served as a title search assistant and escrow assistant at Continental Land Title Company, and as a loan processor and assistant vice president at Century 21 Creative Realty & Financial Services.
In addition to her work in marketing and business development, shes an internationally-published freelance writer with over 1,000 articles published in publications such as the San Jose Mercury News, the San Jose Business Journal, San Jose Magazine, the Campbell Reporter Newspaper, Cupertino Courier, Los Gatos Weekly Times, Sunnyvale Sun, Northern California Real Estate Magazine, How2.com, The Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor, Craigslist.com, the San Mateo Weekly Times and Inman Real Estate News Service.
In her first solo sale, she represented the Buyer in a $620,000 home purchase in Los Gatos back in the 1980s. In addition to the valuable experience and training she received from Judy Carr, she is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Property Marketing Expert (PME) and one of less than 150 agents worldwide to achieve the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS) designation.
Michelle also holds e-Buyer, e-Pro and Cyber Agent designations, making her a highly desired and uniquely qualified Sellers and Buyers Agent. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, California Association of REALTORS, Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS, Women’s Council of REALTORS, and the exclusive Luxury Homes Council. Zee is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), as well as a disclosure specialist and a skilled and sought-after Buyers Agent. Bill Whitney is a longtime agent with 20 years experience working with both Buyers and Sellers on a variety of properties, specializing in FORECLOSURES. Bill is the Team’s directional specialist.
